The way we meet

Our Covenant

A few promises for the space between what is happening and what might become possible.

Whenever we become closed, we choose to return to openness through love.

Before HAVENA speaks, HAVENA listens.

You don't have to know where to start. Just start where you are.

This is not a promise to always feel open. It is a promise that returning is always allowed.

How the Covenant Becomes Product

HAVENA Product Principles

The HAVENA Covenant tells us who we promise to become. The HAVENA Product Principles tell us how that promise becomes a product.

Every feature, interaction, data decision, and business decision should help a woman feel safe enough to be heard, free enough to choose, and respected enough to remain the owner of her own story.

Listen before asking for identity

A woman should be able to arrive as she is. We begin by listening—not by asking her to explain, categorize, or identify herself.

Trust before registration

Trust is earned through the experience itself. Registration should protect continuity, never become the price of being heard.

The woman owns her private space

Her words, reflections, and history remain hers. She decides what stays, what is removed, and what—if anything—leaves her private space.

Connection is always a choice

Keep it in My Heart. Share it quietly. Invite a conversation. Decide later. Each choice is equally complete, and equally respected.

Organizations provide access, not ownership

A company, university, or organization may make HAVENA available. That support does not create a right to enter her private space.

Organizations may provide the door. They do not own what happens inside the room.

Vulnerability is not for sale

HAVENA can grow as a business, but some things are not for sale: her vulnerability, her private space, and her right to decide how she is seen.

Privacy should be felt, not merely stated

We collect only what is necessary. Personal registration and the private HAVENA layer remain separate from company, university, or organization eligibility verification.

HAVENA should not feel like it is collecting a person. It should feel like it is making room for a person.
A quiet boundary

Companies, universities, and organizations may pay for or provide access. Private My Heart entries and conversations are not available to administrators.

Your organization knows that access was provided. It does not have access to your private HAVENA space.
Our business principle

We do not monetize vulnerability. We build sustainable ways to protect it.

The Product Decision Test

Does this help her feel safer, more heard, and more free—or does it quietly take control away from her?
